If your looking for support and guidance, the Personal Assistant Network Scotland (PANS) can offer this. 

A joint initiative between the Scottish Government and WEA, PANS is a space exclusively for personal assistants working in Scotland. Here is a space where you can learn, find support and share your views, to help provide the best care you can with the support you need.
