PA/Carer
Aberdeen City
Up to 54 hours per week
£12.50 per hour
Monday to Friday 4.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 8.00 a.m. 10.00 p.m.
A 13 year old young man with complex needs is looking for confident and competent support staff who have a positive attitude and can be flexible in their approach to his care. Experience of any of the following would be helpful but are not essential as full training will be given - peg feeding, suctioning, catheterization, Tracheostomy, venting and resuscitation
Duties include personal care, feeding, hoisting. Going on outings – there is a Motability vehicle. However, driving is not essential for this post. Going for walks using the wheelchair, going bowling. If an outing is not required, then doing some arts and crafts at home.
