SUPPORT WORKER/PA
Westhill
£15.50 per hour
9 hours per week to be mutually agreed – some weekend work required
My bright and energetic 12 year old son with Autism and ADHD is looking for a Support Worker/PA to provide him with companionship, support and encouragement in gaining confidence and accepting boundaries at home and in the community.
He is knowledgeable and chatty but finds demands and transition quite difficult. He enjoys being outdoors, he is particularly interested in farming, horticulture, enjoys mountain biking, trains and horse riding. Other interests are Play Station gaming, working with wood and garden machinery repairs and maintenance. I am looking for someone who is patient, kind and reliable to support our son who requires guidance and supervision to maintain safety and wellbeing at all times. To encourage positive and enjoyable social time.
Experience and an understanding of Autism and ADHD are essential for this post.

Access to a vehicle with business insurance is essential for this post
Social mileage will be paid at 45p per mile.
