Support Worker/Carer
Potterton
£11.22 per hour
6 hours per week or up to 24 hours per month
(Flexible working pattern can be agreed but weekend working preferred)
I am a shy but playful 6 year old girl with Down Syndrome. I am currently looking for someone to spend time with me. I hope you can take me on outings and create fun experiences that will help build my confidence and resilience in social situations.
Ideally you will have experience working with children with additional support needs, but most importantly, you are a gentle and caring person, with a fun personality, who I can learn to trust.
Makaton skills desirable.
Reliability and flexibility essential.
Training will be provided, where necessary.
PVG scheme membership required.
Clean driving licence and access to car essential.
